Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Albuquerque to coach customers, drive payment collections and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise. The role blends phone and face-to-face interactions in a fast-paced, service‑driven environment.

The position offers hourly pay with performance-based incentive pay, plus benefits and career advancement opportunities across the Aaron’s network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required for location.
• Able to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by calling customers with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
