Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor in Albuquerque, NM, coaches customers to maximize on-time payments and lease renewals, guiding ownership of merchandise. You’ll build relationships by phone and in person, explaining benefits and resolving concerns to drive satisfaction and results.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy, multitasking and attention to detail, with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Age and driving requirements per US locations (21+).
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification may be required at some locations.
• Willingness to work varied hours (8:00–21:00).
• Lifts up to 50 lbs unaided; up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and renewal goals for daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and payments (phone/visits).
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
