Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise over the phone and in person.

You will build relationships with customers, manage collections, and maintain accurate account records while contributing to a high-energy, recognition-based team environment. The role includes an hourly wage with incentive pay and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for US positions
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• DOT certification if required by location
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and up to 300 lbs. with assistance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely handle product and operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise
