Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor at our Albuquerque store helps drive payment collections and lease renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction and ownership goals.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, manage account records, and support the Customer Accounts Manager to meet daily and monthly targets.

We offer an hourly wage of $13.75–$14.50 with incentive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years in US and 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license and MVR review.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
