Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Canton, OH. You will coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals, and help customers move toward ownership by understanding lease benefits. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.

The role offers $13.00–$14.50 per hour with performance-based incentives, plus a benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Flexible schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
