Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Customer Account Advisor who drives payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, helping move them toward ownership while maintaining account information in the store system. The role offers incentive pay and a starting wage of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and DOT requirements as applicable.
• Ability to work an 8am–9pm schedule.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain and update customers’ accounts in the store system and document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements via in-person and phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain and certify merchandise in the QA center for returned items.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets daily.
• Load and secure product in company vehicle; operate vehicle safely.
• Assist Sales Team as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
