Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers. They drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product.

As a Customer Accounts Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them one step closer to ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in US locations.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location (US).
• Ability to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. solo and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in meeting daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers by phone or home visits.
