Aaron’s Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to help customers move toward ownership by managing payments, renewals, and relationships.

This role emphasizes coaching customers through lease benefits and ensuring satisfaction with products, often starting with phone calls and in-person interactions. The position involves achieving revenue targets, maintaining records, and handling various duties from merchandise returns to route management, with growth opportunities and benefits outlined

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Hours vary from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
