Aaron’s in Canton, OH is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive collections, manage renewals, and help customers move toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in-person while upholding the Aaron’s brand and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and history.
• Build customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by phone or home visits as required.
• Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure merchandise and operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
