Job summary

Aaron's Customer Accounts Advisor role in the United States is dedicated to coaching customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their products. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions within the United States.
• Requires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification may be required in location of position (United States Only).
• Able to work an 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
