Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and help customers progress toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and successful ownership outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer service, collections, and daily coordination with store leadership. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of a robust compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in US and have a valid driver’s license.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
