Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor role involves coaching customers to understand lease benefits, driving payments and renewals, and building relationships to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

The position emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging conversations while maintaining satisfaction and brand integrity. Comprehensive benefits and incentive pay are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US only).
• Ability to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or visits.
