Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on driving collections and lease renewals while ensuring customers are satisfied with their merchandise. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The position offers an hourly wage between $12.25 and $13.00, eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of the total compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in the US; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license and comply with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification where required by location.
• Ability to work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and transport products safely in company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
