Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive collections and lease renewals, and help customers reach ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in-store visits to support revenue goals.

The role pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour, eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, HSA/FSA, and employee purchase options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to work hours 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
