Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and renewals, and move them toward ownership. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction with the product.

The role demands strong communication, empathy, multitasking, and the ability to meet daily renewal goals, while supporting store operations and merchandise handling as needed.

Qualifications

• 21+ with valid state driver's license and compliant MVR
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
• Able to work schedule from 8 am to 9 pm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store system
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in home
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
• Assist the Sales Team as needed
