Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers and drive payment collections and lease renewals. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Incentives are available based on performance and a base hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating customer information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements in home visits and by phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease payments and renewals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
