Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on lease payments and renewals, building relationships by phone and in person. The role focuses on driving timely payments and renewals while supporting the sales team to meet revenue goals.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills and the energy to multitask in a fast-paced store environment. This is an on-site position with Aaron’s Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• High energy with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers about non-renewed leases, in person or by phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle as needed.
• Safely operate the company vehicle and support sales team as required.
