Job summary

The Aaron's Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers and drive payments and renewals. Role involves building relationships by phone and in person to move customers toward ownership of merchandise.

The position offers incentive pay based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package, including on-demand pay, PTO, insurance, and retirement options, with schedules spanning 8:00 am–9:00 pm at various locations.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
