Job summary

Amcor LLC in Oshkosh, WI, seeks a Customer Service Supervisor I to lead a team of Specialists handling customer relationships and orders, aligning resources to maximize both customer and employee experience in North America.

You will coach staff, address non-conformances, visit customer facilities, support complex service models like VMI and export, and partner with Sales on presentations and discussions to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience including prior leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Specialists managing customer relationships and orders.
• Align resources to maximize customer and employee experience while meeting metrics.
• Coach team on corrective actions and root-cause analysis to reduce non-conformances.
• Oversee order management, customer communications, and collaboration with sales.
• Support complex service models (VMI, export) and travel to customer facilities.
