Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Graphics Liaison for assigned accounts to manage graphics development through the order process and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers, upholding Amcor’s standards and timelines.

The role requires communication, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and production-related meetings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in graphic communication or equivalent.
• Experience: print manufacturing or graphic communication environment preferred.
• Knowledge: MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/CS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate graphics development through the order process to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within order management and internal systems.
• Lead pre/post production meetings and attend press approvals as needed.
• Provide back-up support to team members while maintaining service levels for assigned accounts.
• Communicate schedules, milestones and customer requirements clearly with internal/external stakeholders.
