Amcor is seeking a Customer Success Representative (Ecommerce Partners) to enhance how customers source packaging through MyAmcor. The role is phone-centric, coaching customers, and driving adoption of Amcor solutions.

You will blend teaching with selling, focusing on growth and relationship development. Responsibilities include building relationships in long-tail accounts, conducting outbound calls, delivering high-quality content, and developing product-line subject matter expertise while

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that drive buying behavior in long-tail accounts.
• Conduct 2.5+ hours of phone interaction through 35+ outbound calls daily.
• Deliver high standards of call content and technique.
• Develop product line subject matter expertise.
• Escalate sales and service opportunities as they arise.
• Participate in weekly skills coaching and monthly account reviews.
