Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors are coaches who drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to help bring them closer to ownership.

The role requires energy, empathy, strong communication and negotiation skills, with variable hours and potential incentive pay based on performance.

Formación

• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customers' accounts and update information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, in home or by phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
