Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated customer information and document payments.
• Contact customers for lease renewals both in person and by phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease payment renewals.
• Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
