Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Texas. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to drive payments and lease renewals, aiming to help customers move closer to ownership.

The role emphasizes coaching customers, meeting renewal targets, and providing excellent service while adhering to Aaron’s standards. A valid driver’s license is required for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold brand.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating customer information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via home visits and phone.
• Sell customers on benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and vehicle loading and maintenance.
