Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Daikin America Inc. customers, sales reps and internal stakeholders.
• Process orders in SAP received via phone, email or fax and verify pricing.
• Keep customers and sales reps informed of service delays and territory issues.
• Balance customer inventory to SAP and handle clerical responsibilities.
