Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative or clerical work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage production process orders throughout their lifecycle in SAP.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Warehouse and Inventory teams.
• Collect production documentation and batch records to support reporting.
• Perform inventory and production transactions in SAP for material movements.
• Maintain raw material inventory accuracy via SAP and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end close for production data and cycle counts.
• Prepare and distribute production reports to support decisions.
• Coordinate non-inventory purchasing for Production needs and approvals.
• Maintain SharePoint and network folders for dept resources.
