Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals while ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to bring them closer to ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm schedule.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure product and operate company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
