Job summary

Aaron’s in Mansura, LA is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive lease renewals and payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership and meet revenue goals.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and communication skills, with multi-tasking and a high-energy approach to managing store duties and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly.
• Two years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work a schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts in the store computer system and document payments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases via in-home visits or phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle and safely operate it.
