Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Louisiana. You will coach customers to renew lease agreements and collect payments, building relationships by phone and face-to-face to drive ownership. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and strong organization to meet daily revenue goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, contacting customers with non-renewals, and supporting the sales team and store operations while upholding the Aaron’s brand and policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer account information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone and in-home visits.
• Promote timely lease renewals and payment collections.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns and deliveries as directed by management.
• Ensure merchandise is cleaned, certified, and handled properly.
• Drive safe operation of the company vehicle and route compliance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and respond to reasonable management requests.
