Job summary

Aaron's is hiring a Customer Account Advisor in Louisiana. You will coach customers, manage lease renewals and payments, and build relationships over the phone and in-person to drive ownership.

The role emphasizes high energy, empathy, and strong communication to meet renewal and revenue goals. Responsibilities include updating customer records, contacting non-renewing customers, and assisting the sales team with deliveries and merchandise handling as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including updating information in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases by in-home visits or calls.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle.
