Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License.
• Ability to work a schedule varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated customer information and document payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements.
• Sell benefits of timely lease agreement renewals.
• Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
