Qualifications

• Customer Account Advisors must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated customer information and document all appointments.
• Contact customers for lease agreement renewals by phone and in home visits.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
