Curriculum Manager - CTE Programming & Software Development (Immediate Opening)

Position Overview

The Curriculum Manager will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive, research-based, standards-aligned curriculum for CTE Programming & Software Development. Responsibilities include supporting teachers, monitoring curriculum delivery, designing professional development, and evaluating student progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine curriculum products, including scope and sequences and instructional resources.
• Align instructional materials with state and national standards.
• Create and deliver assessments, analyze data, and report findings.
• Support and coach Course Leaders and teachers through professional development and classroom observations.
• Lead district-wide training sessions and facilitate continuous improvement in instructional practices.
• Travel to campuses as needed for site visits and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Educator certification and minimum five years of relevant teaching experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and educational technology tools.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessments, and educational standards.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, remote position based in Texas, with preference for candidates in specific regions or willing to relocate. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Compensation & Benefits
