Job summary

BeyondGrad in Nashville, TN offers an internship-style placement across Garde Manger, Production, Events, and Outlet Kitchens for current hospitality and culinary students.

You will gain hands-on experience in food prep, sanitation, inventory control, and menu engineering while learning from seasoned chefs.

Two positions available starting late 2026; wage is $19.50/hour with housing assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a current full-time student in hospitality, tourism, culinary, or related field outside the USA.
• Must have completed studies and meet work experience/visa timing rules.
• Proficient in English; age 19–35 (intern) or 19–30 (trainee); 5 years of international work experience in hospitality will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on culinary experience across Garde Manger, Production, Events, and Outlet Kitchens.
• Learn food preparation, cooking, sanitation, inventory control, and menu engineering.
