• Maintain clean work areas, store or discard excess food per procedure.
• Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as directed.
• Assist with production planning, record-keeping and reporting.
• Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor immediately.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings and work well with teammates.
