Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is offering a paid Culinary Internship at the Tennessee Titans Training Facility in Nashville, TN. Interns work full-time as discussed, rotate through kitchen and service areas, and interact with mentors to learn culinary operations.

Candidates must be enrolled in a Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts program and able to commit 20–40 hours per week, with some positions offering college credit documentation upon request.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts.
• GPA requirements per university internship program.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Knife skills or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week according to internship needs.
• College credit not required, but documentation can be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations (Pizza, deli, salad bar or grill) based on location needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with team dietitian and review culinary/FOH standards.
• Learn wellness and sustainability initiatives and adhere to Platinum service standards.
• Assist with catering events including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and interpersonal skills.
