Responsibilities

  • Food preparation tasks under Sous Chefs, including basic vegetable prep, stocks, sauces, and meat fabrication.
  • Clean work area and kitchen during and after shifts.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries to the kitchen and maintain sanitary workstation.
  • Work in a supervised environment and coordinate production across days.
