Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a high-agency leader to build the Crusoe Operating System—an integrated software, process, and AI platform that aligns our business units and accelerates growth. You will work closely with the CTO and a small leadership staff to ensure priorities stay clear as the company scales.

You’ll own cross-functional programs, drive planning and reporting, and push for engineering credibility across executives, with a strong focus on operational excellence and fast execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role.

Responsibilities

• Build the Crusoe Operating System connecting software, processes and AI.
• Lead internal AI and IT strategy across Crusoe.
• Support the CTO and staff to keep priorities clear and work moving.
