Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a high-agency leader to help build the Crusoe Operating System—an integrated suite of software, processes, and AI that ties our engineering, product, and cloud teams together. You will partner with the CTO and a small staff to keep priorities clear and momentum strong.

You’ll own cross-functional programs, drive quarterly planning, and ensure operational health across a fast-growing org. This role requires technical credibility and leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering or computer science background strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role.
• Ability to operate independently with little direction.
• People skills to talk to executives as a peer and credibly represent engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build the Crusoe Operating System: software, processes, and AI to connect business units.
• Lead internal AI and IT strategy across Crusoe.
• Support the CTO and staff to keep priorities clear and work moving.
• Be the connective tissue across leadership and foster cross-team relationships.
• Maintain health of the org by chasing open items and streamlining processes.
• Own KPI infrastructure with dashboards and metrics.
• Drive quarterly planning with engineering managers and TPMs.
• Identify redundant processes and close gaps across org.
