Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Principal Organizational Development Strategist to drive the health, design, and effectiveness of our rapidly scaling organization. You will work as an internal consultant, diagnosing needs and designing interventions across engineering, data center, manufacturing and corporate teams.

Partner with People Analytics and executive leadership to turn data-driven insights into scalable solutions and develop Crusoe's enterprise coaching strategy, building repeatable OD frameworks

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in organizational development or related fields.
• Proven org design and diagnostic capabilities.
• Strong consultative and executive-influence skills.
• Ability to translate people data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose org health issues and support design initiatives.
• Translate talent reviews into development frameworks and interventions.
• Analyze engagement data and present executive insights.
• Facilitate offsites and leadership alignment sessions.
• Create scalable manager enablement tools and resources.
• Counsel senior leaders on leadership strategy with discretion.
• Design repeatable OD frameworks for Crusoe’s evolving footprint.
