Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior Engineering Operations leader to own the programs that keep our cloud engineering execution reliable and predictable. You will drive SLO/SLI, incident follow-up, change safety, and capacity tracking, partnering with engineering leaders to deliver on commitments.

You will start solo and shape how the function grows, defining owners, cadence, and actionable outcomes for every program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, SRE, TPM, or related role.
• Proven track record leading org-wide programs at staff level or above.
• Comfortable starting as a team of one before expanding the function.
• Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments where processes are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Own Engineering Operations programs (SLO/SLI, incident follow-up, change safety, capacity delivery tracking).
• Define and track metrics showing how the org runs and grows.
• Ensure operational data has a single source of truth across teams.
• Collaborate across engineering, TPM, product, SRE, data teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop a single pane of glass to monitor organizational health.
