Qualifications

• 7–10 years in strategy, management consulting, or related roles.
• Strong writing for senior leaders with memos and board materials.
• Experience turning approved ideas into day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive questions into actionable programs with clear ownership.
• Lead pilots, define milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, finance, legal, and real estate to hand programs to business units.
