Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior, high-ambition operator to join the CTO office and drive the Crusoe Operating System—integrating software, processes, and AI across business units. You’ll partner with the CTO and a small staff to maintain alignment, push priorities, and enable fast, cohesive execution.

You’ll work with engineering, product, and cloud teams, owning cross-cutting programs and quarterly planning, while ensuring operational health and visibility with dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role.
• Ability to operate independently with little direction.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build the Crusoe Operating System by strategizing software, processes, and AI that ties our business units together.
• Lead internal AI and IT strategy across Crusoe.
• Support the CTO and CTO staff to keep priorities clear and work moving.
• Be the connective tissue across leadership and foster relationships with senior leaders and tech leads.
