Crusoe is seeking a Principal Organizational Development Strategist to drive health, design, and effectiveness as we scale. You will diagnose needs, design interventions, and partner with People Analytics, Talent Management, and executives to implement scalable solutions across engineering, data center, manufacturing, and corporate teams.

Qualifications
- 10-15+ years in organizational development, talent management or related consulting roles.
- Proven ability to diagnose friction and drive complex change without a fixed playbook.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive-level influencing skills.
- Ability to translate people data and metrics into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose organizational health and support structural design initiatives.
- Partner with PTM to translate reviews into development frameworks.
- Analyze engagement data and surface insights for leadership.
- Design and facilitate offsites, leadership alignment sessions and team workshops.
- Develop scalable tools and resources to enable managers and improve performance.
