Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the nation’s leading tile and stone manufacturer, is hiring a CSR Warehouse Associate II to assist walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and process sales transactions.

The role involves warehouse duties, order processing, forklift operation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery. A high school diploma, 1+ year customer service, and forklift certification are required; tile industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull/assemble customer orders and verify outbound accuracy.
• Receive inbound shipments and stock material; handle returns.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Manage customer accounts and provide order/status information.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls via ACD.
• Enter orders, process faxes, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries and order issues.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
