Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support customers, process sales orders, and perform varied warehouse tasks. You will assist walk-in customers, handle inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely service.

Responsibilities include receiving, inventory checks, forklift operation, and coordination with internal teams. A background in customer service and warehouse work is preferred, with a certified forklift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Certified Forklift Operator required.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, check outbound orders, inventory checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Handle inbound receiving: unload inbound material, process shipments and stock, manage customer returns, report damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment and support order entry, inquiries, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management.
• Provide high-volume customer service via phone (ACD) and order entry.
• Prepare reports and process faxes, interfacing with internal teams and SSCs to resolve inquiries.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
