Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions, contributing to a high level of customer service.

The role covers order entry, inventory tasks, forklift operation, cycle counts, returns processing, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders and stock replenishment.
• Checks outbound orders for accuracy and completeness; conducts daily cycle counts.
• Operates forklift equipment.
• Provides customer account management including order entry, inquiries, pricing, and transportation coordination.
• Manages high-volume inbound calls using ACD.
• Processes faxes, prepares reports, and communicates with internal teams.
