Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to join the Pooler, GA team. You will service walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions while ensuring accurate order processing and high service levels.

You will also manage inventory, process inbound/outbound shipments, support order entry and pricing inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Prior tile industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization required.
• Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
• Moderate level of computer skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, perform inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments and stock material, handle customer returns, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiry, pricing, stock check, and transportation management.
• Provide customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD.
• Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
