Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II in Pooler, GA. You will support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Key responsibilities include picking and stocking, inbound/outbound processing, and forklift operation. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service are required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator. Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues as needed.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and manage inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift equipment and support inbound/outbound shipments.
• Provide customer account management and order-status inquiries.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries and order issues.
