• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Perform receiving, unloading inbound material, and stock material.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Process orders, provide product information, and manage order status.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries and issues from order entry to delivery.
• Generate reports and assist with special projects.
